Eudo Hern\u00e1ndez, especialista en materia de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos socio naturales y tecnol\u00f3gicos de la ULA y miembro del programa de prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes y hechos violentos de la Corporaci\u00f3n de Salud del estado M\u00e9rida.<br><br>Entre los temas tratados durante el taller destacaron: conceptualizaci\u00f3n de riesgos, amenazas, vulnerabilidad, as\u00ed como, historia
