En un esfuerzo conjunto entre trabajadores y empleador, la alcald\u00eda del municipio Alberto Adriani, oficializ\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Seguridad y Salud Laboral ante el Instituto Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n, Salud y Seguridad Laboral (Inpsasel<\/a>). La constituci\u00f3n de este \u00f3rgano se realiz\u00f3 tras cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos en la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Prevenci\u00f3n, Condiciones y Medio Ambiente de Trabajo (Lopcymat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La estructura del Comit\u00e9 de Seguridad y Salud Laboral est\u00e1 integrada por los cinco delegados de prevenci\u00f3n escogidos por los trabajadores el pasado 24 de octubre de 2025, en un evento comicial organizado de forma aut\u00f3noma por la Comisi\u00f3n Electoral de los trabajadores, quedando los ciudadanos Viviana Hern\u00e1ndez, Jos\u00e9 Tubalca\u00edn Garc\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 Varela, Danny Ru\u00edz y Jos\u00e9 Lira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, el alcalde Lisandro Segura<\/a>, de acuerdo con la ley, en su rol de empleador, design\u00f3 mediante resoluci\u00f3n a los trabajadores Gerardo Pacheco, Luz Molina, Osmar Garc\u00eda, Adriana Mora y Antonio Pi\u00f1ero como los cinco delegados que lo representar\u00e1n ante el Comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
